Cooking

This week in cooking class, I made some good nachos and mac and cheese.  In the nachos, we cooked the mince and added beans and cooked onions.  We put cheese on it and out in the oven until the cheese melted.  Then I tried to make salsa but it kinda failed so I put some jarred salsa on it and sour cream, mine was surprisingly good, because I don't normally like salsa or onions but I thought I would try it and it was nice.  In the mac and cheese, we made the cheese sauce, we made it by melting butter in a pot, then cooking butter without it getting burnt, this was difficult not to burn for some but easy for me, we then added milk until it was smooth then added cheese and the heat of the sauce melted the cheese, we then added the pasta into the sauce then put breadcrumbs on it with melted butter and put it in the oven for 20 minutes, this was really nice.
